Customer Reviews
Interesting, but access could be better
I visited the Deutsches Spionagemuseum DE last week and it was quite an experience. I really enjoyed the Interaktive Stadtkarte, which gave a neat overview of espionage history in Berlin. Getting a discount was a bit trickier than I expected; they don't seem to have direct Rabattcodes, but I used my Berlin WelcomeCard for a bit off the ticket price. The exhibits themselves were fascinating, very interactive and engaging. However, I was a bit disappointed with the accessibility for some areas, especially since I'd specifically wondered about that beforehand. While some parts were fine, a few displays felt a little cramped or hard to navigate with a stroller, making me question their claim of being fully barrier-free. Overall, it's worth a visit if you're into spy history, but don't expect perfect accessibility in every corner.
Good value with discount
I went with my family and we used the Familienkarte for a good discount. It made the whole experience feel much more affordable. We spent a few hours there, doing the Agentenmissionen and looking at the Enigma Chiffriermaschine. The kids really liked the Wanzen-Suche. It was a decent afternoon out for the price we paid, especially with the savings.
Reliably engaging visit
This was my third time visiting the German Spy Museum, and it was just as engaging as my previous trips. I brought some friends who hadn't been before. They loved the Interaktive Stadtkarte and the Stasi-Technik exhibits. I always appreciate how well-maintained everything is, and the exhibits are consistently interesting. We spent quite a bit of time at the Geheimschriften-Station. It's a solid choice for an afternoon in Berlin, never disappoints, and it's a great spot to bring visitors.
So much fun!
Visited the museum last month and had an absolute blast! The Laserparcours was incredibly cool, and I really enjoyed trying out the Lügendetektor. It felt like I was in a spy movie. I picked up some Spionage-Bücher from the Museumsshop too. Definitely going back when I'm in Berlin again!

Thinking of taking the fam to the spy museum, but wondering if my 4-year-old will actually get anything out of it? is it too much for little kids?
hey, trying to figure out if it's worth getting a Berlin WelcomeCard just for this museum. do they do discounts for it?
